SCHEDULING

Credit card is required for booking your appointment. Once your appointment has been booked, you will be notified via email and text about your upcoming booking. Your appointment will be confirmed by email and text 24 hours prior your visit.

NO-SHOW POLICY

By booking, you authorize Atlant Health – Wellness Center to charge your credit card a “NO-SHOW FEE” of up to 100% of the scheduled value should you miss your visit without proper 24-hour notification.

CANCELING

Please note 24-hour prior notification to cancel your upcoming appointment is required. If you fail to cancel, it will be considered as “NO-SHOW”

PACKAGES EXPIRATION DATES AND RULES

For a series of lymphatic and colonics sessions the expiration date is 6 months from date of purchase. All our packages, auto-pays, and gift certificates are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be combined with other discounted offers. If you wish your friend or a family member use the packages you purchased, please book under your name and notify our office prior the appointment who we should expect to service. Also, we do not offer refunds for our packages, auto-pays, or gift certificates, however we will honor an equal exchange (credit) for other services within our facilities.

**If you have booked with us before, then please skip the Intake Forms process. Just come here on your scheduled day and enjoy your awesome holistic session.

Please note that 4.5% NYC service tax will be applied during checkout for Lymphatic, Ultimate Flush and Colonic therapies.

**NEW CLIENTS ONLY**

Please note that 24 hours prior your booking, your credit card on file will be charged up to 100% of the service fee. We are doing this to protect our “No-Show Policy.”  In the past, we had number of instances when new clients entered invalid credit card information and didn’t show up for their scheduled appointments. If the credit card on file you provide is invalid, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
